BEIJING, April 4 (Xinhua) -- China Anneng Construction Group Co., Ltd. has become the 97th centrally-administered state-owned enterprise (SOE), the country's top SOE watchdog announced Thursday.

The company was previously run by the Chinese Armed Police Force, and later became a SOE known as China Anneng Construction General Company.

The Beijing-based enterprise mainly focuses on the construction of domestic and overseas energy and transport projects.
