Yang Hanlin preapres broomstick fibers for the drying process in Sanhegou Village of Xuan'en County, Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, central China's Hubei Province, Oct. 5, 2018. An 81-year-old local artisan, Yang Hanlin has committed himself to the making of broomsticks for decades. Produced under a set of strict standards, Yang's broomsticks are known for their durability.
