STOCKHOLM, Oct. 8 (Xinhua) -- The 2018 Nobel Prize in Economics, or officially the Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel, has been awarded jointly to William D. Nordhaus and Paul M. Romer.
