Li Lu is the head of cardiovascular department of Shenyang Medical College Second Hospital in Shenyang, northeast China's Liaoning Province. As a cardiac doctor, she has devoted to her career for over thirty years in providing medical treatments for patients. As a deputy to the 13th National People's Congress, Li came to this year's NPC with her proposal to build a cardiovascular care prevention system in rural areas.
